Supportive outpatient programs
You can start treatment in our outpatient programs or transition from an inpatient setting. Our goal is to help you find long-term stability.
Partial hospitalization program (PHP)
If you are preparing to discharge from full hospitalization, our PHP helps you transition back into the community. Our goal-oriented daytime program is ideal if you have been hospitalized repeatedly or are involved in an extended treatment program.
This program still offers intensive mental health support during the day, but you have the flexibility to go home at night. We offer programs for youth ages 10 to 17 years old and adults age 18 years old and older.
If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, dial 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741 to reach a trained mental health counselor.
Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
Our intensive outpatient program is a treatment service and support program that treats mental illnesses and addiction issues. IOP may be right for you if you don't need intensive inpatient services or partial hospitalization. Instead, you need the flexibility of receiving services on your schedule. IOP is offered three to five days a week for three hours per day. Treatment is organized and therapeutically attentive.
You meet in group therapy most days and with a doctor once a week. Our goal is stability. If you are transitioning from less intensive care, we help you return home and to the community. If you begin with IOP, we help you gain enough structure in your life to decrease the need for inpatient admission. IOP is available for both youth and adults.
