Registration Information
Welcome to Corpus Christi Medical Center. We are committed to making your hospital visit as comfortable as possible. All persons to be admitted to Corpus Christi Medical Center either as inpatient or on an outpatient basis for procedures such as lab work or x-rays, should go to the Admitting Department. During the admitting process, information will be requested to document medical records and financial arrangements. All information will be kept confidential. At the time of registration, forms will need to be signed by the patient, patient's next of kin or representative of the patient who has durable power of attorney. Please bring a copy of insurance cards and a valid I.D. to registration. Room assignments will be determined according to medical needs. Inpatient Registration Information
Inpatient visits are registered in the Admitting Office. Registration hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Admissions at all other times are provided through the Emergency Department. If your physician has scheduled you for diagnostic test or direct admission, simply check in at the admitting desk with the representative there. They will assist you with any other paperwork you may need to complete.
Outpatient Registration Information
The Admitting Desk for Same Day Surgery on the Bay Area Campus is open from 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is located at the north entrance of the hospital (facing South Padre Island Drive). You may contact a representative there at 761-3783.
The Admitting Desk for Same Day Surgery on the Doctors Regional Campus is located on the 2nd Floor, in the 2 West wing of the hospital and is open from 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may contact a representative there at 761-1111.
